Ridefew Concrete wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Ridefew Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a contractor we introduced you to

Problems With a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have an issue with work at your home, first take it up with the contractor directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about contractors helps keep our network honest, and contractors who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Ridefew Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a contractor, or act for a contractor.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@ridefew.property and include:

  • Your name and your preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The contractor's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the contractor. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
